Nestled in the vibrant and historic neighborhood of Prati, we offer a serene escape in the bustling heart of Rome. Located just steps away from iconic landmarks such as the Vatican City and Saint Peter's, our cozy apartment provides the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility for your Roman getaway.

The house remains entirely at your disposal, and every detail has been carefully considered to welcome you to a clean and comfortable environment, whether you're traveling for business or to explore the city.   • Hallway and living room

    The apartment's entrance opens into an airy corridor that leads guests to the various rooms of the house. The bright living room is furnished with a dining table and a double sofa bed. In the living room, there are also a TV (Netflix and Prime Video) and air conditioning.

  • Kitchen

    The separate kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, and the main appliances: an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, washer-dryer, and dishwasher.

  • Two bedrooms, two bathrooms

    The sleeping area features two spacious bedrooms with warm tones and exclusive design, along with two bathrooms designed to ensure maximum privacy and functionality during your stay. The first double bedroom boasts a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom, spacious and elegant, has an adjacent bathroom. Air conditioning and a TV complete the rooms.

The apartment is in Prati, a quiet and elegant district on the right bank of the Tiber, the same side as the Vatican, with cafés, bakeries, restaurants and everyday shops on the doorstep.

    Raphael's Rooms, the Gallery of Maps and, at the end of the route, Michelangelo's ceiling in the Sistine Chapel. Book a timed entry online before you travel; the museum entrance on Viale Vaticano is the closest of these landmarks to the apartment.

  • Castel Sant'Angelo

    1.9 km, 25 min walk

    Hadrian's mausoleum, later a fortress of the popes, still linked to the Vatican by the raised Passetto corridor. From the terrace at the top you take in the Tiber, the bridges and the dome of St Peter's in a single turn.

  • Olympic Stadium

    2.4 km, 33 min walk

    Rome's largest stadium, at the Foro Italico just north of the neighborhood: home ground to both Roma and Lazio and the stage for the city's biggest summer concerts. It is a half-hour walk up through the Della Vittoria quarter, or a few minutes by bus.
